2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Specs: What Are the 2024 Wagoneer Specs?

2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Specs: What Are the 2024 Wagoneer Specs?Wagoneer EV 2024 is one of the two new electric SUVs to hit the North American market, alongside the Jeep Recon. The Wagoneer will not be a plug-in hybrid like the Grand Cherokee 4xe or Jeep Wrangler 4xe. It is purely battery-powered with a range estimated at 400 miles. Jeep is expecting a performance of 600 horsepower, which will allow the electric SUV to reach 60 miles per hour in 3.5 seconds. Jeep Wagoneer EV’s introduction is a significant milestone for its off-road division, as it expects EVs will make up 50% of its sales in the U.S.

Redesign

A carryover of the 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer will most likely be the case, however, the Wagoneer S, which is currently referred to as the Wagoneer S, will join the line-up. The all-electric Jeep is designed to combine the toughness of Jeeps with the luxury of an upscale vehicle. Jeep is expanding its presence in premium SUVs with this all-new Jeep.

The 2023 lineup added the long-wheelbase model Wagoneer L, and Grand Wagoneer L. Consumers looking for a 2024 Wagoneer will have plenty of choices. The lineup will remain unchanged, except for the Wagoneer EV. The Wagoneer, which was introduced in 2022 as a brand-new vehicle, will remain a holdover model for 2024. The three-row Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer should retain the same design as the 2023 model as a carryover.

The Wagoneer, and Grand Wagoneer, should have the same boxy, upscale design. In 2024, the all-new Wagoneer will feature a new aerodynamic look and the Wagoneer’s iconic upright shape. Wagoneer will feature an LED signature grille. Stellantis claims that the SUV will have a 400-mile range per charge and 600 horsepower. It should also be able to do a 0-60 in 3.5 seconds.

The 2024 Wagoneer will continue to use the same gas engine for all models. A Wagoneer S EV model is also expected. Standard Wagoneer, Grand Wagoneer, and the new Wagoneer S EV will all use the twin-turbo Hurricane 3.0-liter 6-cylinder engine. However, it has been tuned to provide more power and torque in the Grand Wagoneers. All models come with an automatic eight-speed transmission, and rear-wheel-drive is standard. The 2024 model should be the same.

The current Wagoneer offers the largest interior volume of its class. It also has the best headroom, and legroom in the second and third rows. In 2024, the Wagoneers will continue to have a V-shaped console with physical buttons. The Wagoneer has screens that are approximately 75 inches wide, giving it a technologically advanced feel while still being luxurious.

Wagoneer 2024 models will have the same features. The 2023 Wagoneer has a 10.1″ touchscreen, a 10.3″ digital instrument cluster with wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and navigation. It also features eight USB ports and nine audio speakers. Features include a 10.3″ touchscreen on the passenger’s side, 2 10.1″ displays at the rear, and 19 speakers. Grand Wagoneer will have even more advanced features, including a 12-inch touch screen, 12.3-inch digital instruments, 10.25-inch displays in the console of the second row, and a 23-speaker McIntosh sound system.

Wagoneer is equipped with a number of active safety features, including automatic emergency braking and lane-keep assistance, adaptive cruise, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic detection. It also has front and rear park assist and wipers that detect rain. The features available should include traffic sign detection, head-up displays, driver fatigue monitors, surround-view cameras, and hands-free parking assistance. These features are expected to be the same in the model 2024.

Specifications

The new Grand Wagoneer L long wheelbase comes with a brand-new engine. The Hurricane is a 510-hp, twin-turbo inline-six with an automatic eight-speed transmission. It also comes equipped with an all-wheel drive. The 510-hp twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six engine is standard for the Grand Wagoneer L with a stretched wheelbase, however, it can be ordered on the standard-wheelbase Grand Wagoneer L but the powertrain of the 6.4-liter V-8, which produces 471-hp, will only come on the base-model. In our testing it was the new I-6 that beat out the V-8, accelerating the Grand Wagoneer L from 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds. The Grand Wagoneer, like its rivals in the domestic market, uses body-on-frame underpinnings. In this case, they are derived from Ram 1500 pickup trucks.

The Jeep has an independent suspension at the rear, as opposed to the solid axle of the Ram truck. This gives it a more comfortable ride, and better handling, than its Ram counterpart. The Grand Wagoneer, along with a variety of four-wheel drive systems, offers an adjustable air suspension. It can be raised or lowered by up to half an inch. The Grand Wagoneer also has a 10-inch ground clearance and can tow up to 9860 lbs. It is capable of towing water for two feet. The Grand Wagoneer’s relaxed, refined ride is a pleasure on highways. However, the pickup-truck-style structure can cause a bumpy ride when the pavement is not smooth. The SUV’s body roll is noticeable on curves and it makes the vehicle feel less agile.

The 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer with inline-six is rated at 14 mpg for city driving and 20 mpg on the highway. If you choose the L-long wheelbase model, this rating drops to 19 mpg. These figures are slightly higher than those for models with the 6.4-liter V-8 engine, which is rated 13 mpg in city driving and 18 mpg on the highway. The Grand Wagoneer L inline-six achieved 20 mpg on our highway test route at 75 mph, part of the extensive tests we conduct.

Release Date and Price

It will take inspiration from Jeep’s gasoline models, but will also incorporate EV features like a grille that lights up. The Wagoneer EV has a futuristic appearance, while still being recognizable as a Jeep. Jeep says that production will begin in 2024. We’ll know more when the SUV is launched.

Jeep has not released a price for the Wagoneer EV or detailed the standard and option features of the SUV. It’s expected to be more expensive than the gas-powered version, but it is likely that it will come in similar trim levels.
