2024 Buick Encore GX, What Is It?

The Car’s Powertrain
What could be equipped as the powertrain of Buick Encore? The car is predicted to use a fuel-powered engine with a slightly different in its displacement. Sources also mentioned that the car will use a 1.4-L I4 LE2, turbocharged engine.
With this engine, the basic 155 HP is deemed as its maximum power production. While the torque is predicted to come at 177-lb.-ft. But that may be different given this is just a prediction.
Unfortunately, it seems Buick doesn’t intend in adding electrification for this model. Even for a hybrid, it seems in 2024 Buick Encore GX won’t have it. but if the carmaker decides to put Encore into its electrification plan, it may increase the price of this sub-compact crossover car.
Regarding the drivetrain, it is predicted that Buick makes the Encore GX comes with the basic front-wheel drive (FWD) as its standard. All-wheel drive is possible to get, but that means you need to add more bucks to the payment.
If you are having the basic FWD, you will pocket the continuously variable transmission (CVT). In contrast, if you are having all-wheel drive (AWD), your engine will be upgraded a bit and the transmission is adjusted to be an automatic one.
